Situated at Ormeau 45 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD in the Brisbane to Gold Coast corridor which on completion will comprise over 700 allotments. Three hundred and fifty allotments remain to be developed with an estimated completion date of December 2011.

Kimberley Forest Estate

Situated in the now inner-Brisbane suburb of Shailer Park which on completion will become over 1,250 lots. Thirty up market residential allotments remain to be produced with an estimated completion date of December 2010.
