		SCOTT WATSON \| Director Bachelor of Business (Accountancy)/Bachelor of Laws Scott holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Accountancy and is currently enrolled in a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning. After five years as a solicitor in private practice advising a wide range of clients including State Government departments, publicly listed and private companies Scott joined the JLF Group of Companies. Since joining the JLF Group of Companies, his responsibilities have included management of the group’s legal requirements and obligations, project management and broad acre acquisitions. Scott has more than 10 years broad experience in the property industry.

		DORA MCBAIN \| Director Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation. Bachelor of Business (Accountancy)/Post Graduate Diploma (Taxation). Following six years as an Accountant in public practice in Melbourne handling a wide rage of corporate clients and taxation issues Dora moved to Queensland to join the JLF Group of Companies. Since joining the JLF Group in 1994, her responsibilities, as the Chief Financial Officer include managing the groups accounting and finance requirements. She has fourteen years experience in all aspects of the property development business including feasibility analysis, cash flows and the financing of broad acre residential land subdivisions
