The offer

The Replacement Prospectus is dated 9 February 2012 and was lodged at ASIC on 9 February 2012. The Supplementary Prospectus is dated 3 April 2012 and was lodged at ASIC on 3 April 2012. The Further Supplementary Prospectus is dated 9 May 2012 and was lodged at ASIC on 9 May 2012. The Supplementary Prospectus and Further Supplementary Prospectus supplements the Replacement Prospectus and are to be read together with that document.

Applications for shares

The offer of shares will be made in, or accompanied by, a paper copy or electronic copy of the Replacement Prospectus, Supplementary Prospectus together with the Further Supplementary Prospectus. Any person wishing to acquire shares will need to:

(a) Complete the application form that will be in, or will accompany, a paper copy of the Further Supplementary Prospectus; or

(b) Complete the application form that will be attached to, or will accompany, the electronic Further Supplementary Prospectus.

You may request a free paper copy of the Replacement Prospectus, Supplementary Prospectus and Further Supplementary Prospectus containing the application form by telephoning toll free number 1800 554 622.

The law prohibits you from passing the application form on to any other person unless it is attached to a copy of the Further Supplementary Prospectus.

The offer is expected to close on 25 May 2012 or as varied by the Company in accordance with the terms of the Replacement Prospectus.
