JLF was established in 1981 and has grown to become one of Australia’s leading property development and marketing groups, having successfully brought to market over 2500 allotments. With offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Melbourne, Perth and the Gold Coast employing over 90 staff.

Pimpama Rivers Estate

Situated at Ormeau, 45 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, in the Brisbane to Gold Coast corridor, Pimpama Rivers Estate will comprise over 700 allotments on completion. With an estimated completion date of December 2011, approximately 350 allotments remain to be developed.

Kimberley Forest Estate

Situated in the now inner-Brisbane suburb of Shailer Park, Kimberley Forest Estate will become over 1,250 lots as it nears completion. With an estimated completion date of December 2010, there remain approximately 30 upmarket residential allotments to be produced.

Woodlands Estate

Situated in the Brisbane bay side suburb of Victoria Point and comprising over 350 lots, this development is now complete.

Rangeview Estate

Situated in Algester and comprising over 200 lots, this development is now complete.

New Lindum Estate

Situated in the Bayside suburb of Brisbane and comprising 142 lots, this development is now complete.

The Oaks Estate

Situated in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge and comprising 270 lots, this development is now complete.

Glen Oaks Estate

Situated in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge and comprising 90 lots, this development is now complete.
